Responsible for the supervision of the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk and ensures that all hotel guests receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
Attend to guests enquiries problems and complaints promptly efficiently and courteously to the satisfaction of guests and interest of the Hotel.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient knowledge in MS Office and Opera Cloud.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with colleagues & guests and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests.
Able to thrive in a dynamic & fastpaced environment.
Fluent in Thai and English both written and spoken.
