Bellperson
The vehicle is managed so that it can be assigned to the Valet operation and provides car parking services to the guests according to the traffic rules.
Helps to pick up the luggage from the rooms and move them to the rooms
It helps the suitcases in the front of the hotel to be downloaded and transported to the vehicles.
Accompany guests to their rooms (with or without luggage) and give them general information about rooms and facilities.
Qualifications :
We are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work in a dynamic environment. In addition the candidate should possess:
Previous customer related experience asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible&reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Fluency in English
Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
