Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topquality customer support to Polishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Handle inquiries resolve issues and provide product and servicerelated information.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and followup communications.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Customeroriented approach with strong problemsolving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens Greece.
