Job Description
Position: QC Lead
Duration: 3 months temp to hire
Location: Milton NY 12547
Pay: $25/hour
Shift: First shift; 6am5pm; Monday Friday; rotating Saturdays
Job Description:
Overview:
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met for all products
- Perform inspections tests and sampling procedures
- Document and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues
Requirements:
- Associate degree in a related field (chemistry biology math)
- Prior experience in quality control or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
More Details:
- They do contract beverage manufacturing and make energy drinks teas juices sodas seltzers etc.
- They want someone who is reliable and has their own transportation. They want someone who is willing to learn what and why they do what they do.
- Attention to detail is extremely important and needs to be able to keep an eye on the line and spot issues or inconsistencies.
- Prefers manufacturing lab experience in beverage food or pharmaceutical production.
- They will do hourly testing in the lab but will be on the floor on the lines other than that.
- Some of the testing they will do include PH PA Brix CO2 torque pressure visual inspections volume measuring calibrate machines etc.
