Job Description
Title :Senior Network Engineer

Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network architecture design and implementation as well as a proven track record of managing and optimizing largescale network infrastructures. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability security and efficiency of our network systems which are critical to our business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate future network needs and develop solutions that align with our business goals. You will work closely with other IT professionals including system administrators security experts and software developers to ensure seamless integration and operation of our network systems. In addition to technical expertise the successful candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. This is a seniorlevel position that offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of network engineers as well as to influence the direction of our network strategy. Responsibilities
- Design and implement network solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage and optimize existing network infrastructure.
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate network systems.
- Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.
- Conduct network capacity planning and performance analysis.
- Implement and manage network monitoring tools.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments.
- Stay current with emerging network technologies and trends.
- Develop and enforce network policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new network products.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of network services.
- Conduct network security assessments and audits.
- Implement and manage VPNs and remote access solutions.
- Coordinate with external partners and service providers.
- Prepare and present network performance reports to management.
