Job Description

The Account Manager is the key interface between Ascom and its clients across both theenterpriseandhealthcaresectors. Collaborating with technical teams operations and management you will play a critical role in driving Ascoms growth and delivering cuttingedge communication solutions.While experience in both sectors is highly ideal candidates with strong experience in either enterprise or healthcare are encouraged to apply.


Your Contributions:

  • Manage the sales process for software and communication devices across theenterpriseandhealthcaresegments throughinstallers system integrators and direct relationships withhealthcare operators.
  • Generate new business opportunities building a balanced sales funnel and ensuring steady growth in both theenterpriseandhealthcaresectors.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customers business model overall goals and needs whether inindustrial/manufacturingorhealthcaresettings.
  • Develop and manage relationships withend customers design firms and key stakeholders in both theenterpriseandhealthcaresegments.
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for bothenterpriseandhealthcaremarkets staying updated on market conditions client concerns and business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams includingpresales support and servicesto meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure frequent updates to internal systems to provide visibility on the sales forecast and ongoing activities in both the enterprise and healthcare sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sellingICT solutions withpreferencefor experience spanning bothenterprise (IT Networking UC)andhealthcaresectors. Candidates with expertise in one area are still encouraged to apply.
  • Consultative sales approach experienced in proposing highvalue complex solutions that involve bothhardware and softwarecomponents.
  • Ability to develop opportunities across the entire sales process working with highly structured clients in bothenterpriseandhealthcaresectors.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office with strong analytical and reporting skills (forecast competitor analysis sales analysis).
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks collaborating withPresalesand thetechnical teamfor solution delivery.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory
  • Strongcommercial acumen.
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and develop business at multiple levels.
  • Problemsolving mindsetand a focus on achieving goals.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience withvendors or system integratorsinICT/UC with a focus onhealthcareandenterprisesectors.Preferencewill be given to candidates with expertise in both areas.
  • Active network of relationships within both theindustrial/manufacturing sectorand thehealthcare operator sector.
  • Technical degree(industrial electronics and telecommunications) or a degree in atechnicaleconomic discipline.
  • Experience inproject designand development of relationships with design firms.
  • Proficiency inEnglishand knowledge ofCRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
