Are you interested in using your expertise to lead campaigns and help deliver marketing strategy for a rapidly expanding business We have an opportunity for a highly motivated creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Growth team.

This role will be central to driving growth and building brand awareness. If youre a creative thinker and analytical whiz with a passion for crafting compelling marketing campaigns this could be the job for you.

How youll make a difference

You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative growthfocused marketing campaigns across various channels and through our key sectors and services ensuring budgets are in place and ROI is tracked.

You will play a key part in managing the Marketing & Growth team mentoring and developing junior colleagues and wider team.

You will

• Support the Head of Marketing with developing and implementing the marketing strategy in line with our business objectives.

• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing social media marketing content marketing email marketing events and public relations.

• Oversee the creation and production of highquality marketing materials including website content social media posts email newsletters and promotional materials.

• Manage and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimise spending for maximum ROI.

• Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation and nurturing programmes using our CRM system Dynamics.

• Identify and implement new marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness and brand reputation helping to drive forward our ambitious growth plans.

You will be ideal for this role if

• You have 5 years of marketing or communications experience.

• You can demonstrate past success in a fastpaced environment thriving in a dynamic and rapidly growing business.

• You can show extensive experience supporting highperforming teams within highgrowth environments adeptly navigating ambiguity and change while driving operational excellence and scalable processes.

• Youre proactive and solution focused.

• Youre dedicated to sustainable business growth and development

• Youre passionate about working with likeminded people.

• Experience in a professional services or complex matrix businesses or a rapid growth startup would be advantageous but not essential
