Job Description

Are you an energetic person who is eager to take on a new challenge in Sales within a dynamic startup environment For one of our international clients we are looking for a Dutchspeaking Sales Broker for the Energy sector. In this position you focus on business development for finding new clients both buyers and sellers. Through this you build your own client portfolio to manage and build a relationship with. You are matching demand and supply rapidly and ensuring longterm value generation for all parties involved.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Representative B2B Energy Sector will be:

  • Build from scratch and manage your own existing customer portfolio for the biogas certificate market in the Netherlands
  • Ensure that your clients are up to date about everything that is going on in the market
  • Structure deals with matching supply and demand and creating a positive outcome for all parties involved
  • Build sustainable relationships with major oil and energy providers and other trading companies in the sector

Requirements

Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You speak a native level of Dutch or German and English fluently
  • You have a bachelors or masters degree in business or a similar field.
  • You have at least 35 years of experience in Sales or as a Broker.
  • You have experience with coldcalling and do not shy away from difficult situations or conversations.
  • With your hunger to succeed you will be sure to make deals and secure a good bonus for yourself.
  • You describe yourself as an outgoing straightforward and resilient person who flourishes in a fastpaced international environment.
  • You are happy to make around 10 client visits a year (in London or Amsterdam for example)
