Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- 8 to 12 years of handson experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred) or equivalent certifications.
- Proficient in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs Middleware).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce customization including workflows process builder and advanced reporting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a focus on delivering highquality results.
