Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

1. Stabilize developed solutions using CRM, .net, and other languages.

2. Ensure projects are delivered with agreed-upon project scope.

3. Drive projects from project initiation through delivery. For specific project nature.

4. Work with different destinations to identify business requirements and shape approaches and solutions.

5. Design and develop of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies.

6. Understand the relevant application development, infrastructure, and operations implications of the developed solution.

A CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement, improve sales processes, and streamline business operations. Here’s a detailed overview of key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
System Development and Customization:

Design and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Customize existing CRM systems to improve functionality and user experience.
Integration:

Integrate the CRM system with other business applications (e.g., ERP systems, marketing automation tools) to ensure seamless data flow and improve overall efficiency.
Develop APIs and middleware solutions for data exchange between systems.
Data Management:

Manage and maintain the integrity of customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Implement data migration processes for transferring data from legacy systems to the CRM.
User Support and Training:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to CRM users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on system features and best practices.
Reporting and Analytics:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer relationships and business processes.
System Maintenance and Upgrades:

Monitor CRM system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades or migrations.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather requirements and align CRM functionalities with business needs.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic discussions related to customer engagement and CRM initiatives.
Compliance and Security:

Ensure that the CRM system complies with data protection regulations and security protocols.
Implement access controls and security measures to protect sensitive customer information.


Desired candidate profile

  • Experience in data migration, API development, and system integration is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM software and development tools, including programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL).
  • Database Management: Experience with database design and management, including working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
