Job Description

Position: Business Development Ambassador Interactive Entertainment Industry (Marketing & IT Integration) Brazil

Job Summary:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Motivated Ambitious and Vibrant Business Development Ambassador to work on a freelance basis leading the growth of integrated marketing and IT solutions in the Interactive Entertainment Industry.

In this role you will foster relationships leverage open marketing sources social media platforms and collaborate with product developers.

Job Type: Freelance/Contract with the UAE based Entertainment Industry Provider.


Location: Remote/Freelance. (focusing on the following regions: India Philippines Thailand Turkey Latin America)


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Business Development:
    • Identify business opportunities by promoting IT and digital marketing solutions to interactive entertainment companies.
    • Develop strategies leveraging social media platforms and open marketing channels to attract clients and drive revenue.
    • Use datadriven insights and advanced sales techniques to create marketing and IT solutions that meet client needs and goals.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement marketing strategies across opensource platforms and social media channels (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok and others ).
    • Build partnerships with influencers content creators and gaming communities to increase brand visibility.
    • Utilize communitydriven marketing and social media analytics to refine strategies and improve client engagement.
  • Provide Feedback to Product Developers:
    • Collaborate with product developers to provide valuable feedback on product advancements ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and product teams sharing insights to continuously improve products based on user feedback.
  • Basis for Project Collaboration:
    • The employer starts with the 2 months get to know collaboration which is a trial period for both parties to evaluate mutual success and ensure alignment for longterm collaboration.
    • During the trial phase work closely with the employer to establish clear goals and assess the success of the collaboration with a focus on productivity and value generation.
    • Provide insights and recommendations throughout the trial to ensure mutual alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Sales & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers including CMOs CTOs (in case applicable) and game developers.
    • Apply valuebased sales techniques to provide tailored IT and marketing solutions maximizing success and revenue.
    • Manage a sales pipeline generating leads and ensuring productive longterm business relationships.
  • IT & Marketing Integration Expertise:
    • Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive IT and marketing solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Use data from social media and opensource marketing tools to improve strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaboration on Open Marketing Platforms:
    • Lead partnerships with opensource marketing platforms and social media influencers to expand client reach.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends in collaborative marketing and communitydriven platforms incorporating them into strategies for greater success.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies social media platforms and opensource marketing channels.
  • Product Feedback & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with product developers and provide actionable feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Freelance Flexibility: Capable of managing your time and projects independently while working in a freelance capacity.
  • Sales & Marketing Techniques: Proficient in consultative selling valuebased approaches and using social media and open platforms to engage clients.
  • CRM & Social Media Tools: Experience with CRM systems and social media management tools to optimize campaign performance and client engagement.
  • ClientCentric Focus: Strong focus on delivering tailored solutions that foster longterm relationships and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 years in business development sales or digital marketing with experience in social media open marketing platforms or product development collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT Fintech or related fields.
  • Languages: Strong command: of English Language
