As our team expands we are seeking a customerfocused individual with a passion for IT to join us as a Service Desk Technician. In this role youll be the initial point of contact for our clients providing them with professional and reliable technical support through our Tier 1 Service Desk.
What will you do
To excel in this role youll need strong customer service skills organization and excellent communication and problemsolving abilities. While prior experience in a Managed Service provider environment would be advantageous its not mandatory as full training will be provided.

Location: Eynsham (officebased hybrid after probation)
Working Hours: Monday Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary: dependant on experience
