Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Health Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. The Customer Service Executive will also play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problemsolving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Process orders returns and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role in the Health Care industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of health care products and services
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Excellent English communication skills with no grammatical errors. Ability to speak English fluently and clearly. Willingness to work night shifts. Freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any domain are eligible. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
