Job Description
- Administer and manage Skype for Business systems including user administration and backend configurations.
- Oversee communication systems across all modalities ensuring smooth operation and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system communication issues both internally and externally.
- Manage the publication of communication systems to the internet ensuring security and functionality.
- Monitor system thresholds and performance to proactively address potential issues.
- Extract and analyze reports on system performance and communication modalities.
Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification specifically MCSE Messaging.
- Mandatory: ITIL Foundation and MCSE Messaging certifications.
- Recommended knowledge of MS Active Directory SAN technologies TCP/IP Networking and firewall rules.
- 8 years of experience in managing Skype for Business environments including user administration and backend systems.
- Proven experience in administering and troubleshooting communication systems and publishing modalities.
- Skilled in determining system thresholds monitoring performance and generating detailed reports.
