Job Description
As a Senior Scrum Master You Will:
- Ensure the delivery of solutions to achieve Program Increment (PI) objectives committed by the team.
- Remove risks operational dependencies and impediments or escalate them as needed.
- Provide insights and transparency on team maturity predictability progress and performance securing the quality of delivered value.
- Foster continuous improvement in the team s processes and ways of working based on agile principles and mindset.
- Facilitate effective team rituals and contribute to the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Enable the team to become highperforming focusing on accountability and collaboration.
- Assist in forming and expanding teams helping them succeed in dynamic situations.
- Work closely with the Product Owner Chief Product Owner (SAFe Product Manager) and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to manage changes in backlog and scope.
- Participate in and contribute to the Community of Practice (CoP).
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering IT or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 15 years of overall professional experience in engineering or IT.
- Demonstrated ability to work at a tactical level within an Agile environment.
- Deep knowledge of iterative development and experience teaching others.
- Extensive experience in teambuilding facilitation and removing roadblocks.
- Proven success in helping teams improve their processes and outcomes.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Be a proactive resultdriven leader with ownership and accountability.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners team architects release train engineers and chief product owners.
- Manage workload and deadlines in a dynamic highdemand environment.
- Navigate complex business and technical stakeholder discussions with ease.
- Bring working knowledge of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
- Hold relevant Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
