As a Scrum Master you will:

What You Bring to the Table:
- A completed HBO (higher vocational education) or equivalent.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with knowledge of SAFe as a plus.
- 57 years of experience as a fulltime Scrum Master working with multiple teams in an Agile development environment.
- Strong background in software development processes with experience in a development environment.
- Proven leadership experience continuously working to refine leadership skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in team coaching and understanding team dynamics.
- A strong ability to assess and address team needs providing encouragement when required.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
