Roles and responsibilities

Our client is embarking on an exciting journey to implement SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) as part of their existing footprint program. Over the next six months, they will be rolling out this system to sites in the Czech Republic and China. To ensure the success of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in APO, PP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will initially focus on the rollout in the Czech Republic until February, after which they will transition to support the rollout in China. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the implementation meets the organization's objectives.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• SAP Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP systems, with a strong emphasis on hands-on experience in APO, PP, or IBP.

• Project Management: At least 5 years of project management experience specifically related to SAP implementations, including successful delivery of rollouts or deployments of SAP templates.

• Global Business Acumen: Proven experience working in a global environment and managing projects across various time zones, ensuring effective communication and coordination among teams.

• Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with multiple project methodologies and tools, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in project execution.
