Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in the upgrade process to SAP GTS 4 HANA and provide ongoing support post-upgrade. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and prompt resolution of support tickets. The candidate will also collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address any post-upgrade support needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade Support: Actively participate in the SAP GTS 4 HANA upgrade process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of the new system functionalities.

• Post-Upgrade Assistance: Provide ongoing support for SAP GTS 4 HANA, addressing any issues that arise after the upgrade and ensuring the system operates effectively.

• Incident Management: Triage incidents efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner to minimize disruption to business operations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and stakeholders during workshops to prepare for the upgrade. This involves identifying potential challenges and strategizing solutions to enhance post-upgrade support.

• Documentation Maintenance: Keep project documentation up to date, which includes revising roles and responsibilities, compiling analytics reports, and assisting in the development of training materials for end-users.

• Testing Support: Facilitate end-to-end testing activities for the upgraded SAP GTS 4 HANA system to ensure all functionalities are working as expected and meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS, specifically in GTS 4 HANA implementations or upgrade projects, is essential.
