Role Overview
The FTTH Engineer is responsible for the installation of Fibre to the Home broadband services to residential customers. As a customerfacing fieldbased role high levels of customer service and producing a quality service is paramount.

Requirements
- A Full UK Driving License is essential due to the fieldbased nature of the role candidates must have held this license for 1 year and have a maximum of 6 points.
- Full training will be provided to the right candidate however candidates with experience working on the BT Openreach network and hold NRSWA Street Works qualifications are desirable.
- Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and clients
- Proactive in the resolution of engineering obstacles with liaison with Team Managers
- Ability to take direction from management and carry out work in an efficient and timely manner
- Dedication to delivering high levels of customer service
- Flexibility to undertake work outside of core working hours
- Competent in using technology including devices and apps
