Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, all aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our content initiatives.
Support Content Operations
Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Content Management team. This includes scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing communication channels. By effectively tracking task progress, you will help maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and deadlines are met.
Content Coordination
In this role, you will prepare detailed content requests for the marketing team. These requests will outline the creative requirements necessary for successful project execution. Your ability to articulate these needs clearly will facilitate smoother collaboration between teams and enhance the quality of our content output.
Leadership Backup
During the absences of the Content Manager, you will step in to handle essential organizational responsibilities. This will ensure continuity in operations and workflow efficiency. Your proactive approach will be critical in maintaining productivity and addressing any issues that may arise in their absence.
Performance Tracking
You will monitor daily reports and track performance data, providing valuable insights to help the department achieve its goals. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends and areas for improvement, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions that enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience as an administrative assistant or task manager. Proficiency in English, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, enhancing your understanding of our unique content needs.
