Job Description
Physical Therapist Home Care Needs certified Home Health Care experience and familiar with Home Care Home Base Software. Coverage area to be Roscommon Missaukee and Wexford Counties.
Earlier start date available.
Shift: 8 am 5 pm Mon Fri with 1 hour lunch Days
Weekends/ Holidays/ OnCall: Occasional if medically necessary (rare and done on a volunteer basis)
Required Certs/Education: Licensed Physical Therapist (Michigan) DPT
EMR System: Home Care Home Base
Scrub color: Any scrubs or business casual
