Job Description
Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Kirkland WA (onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Primary Responsibilities:
Support Carrier TPM with tracking documenting cross functional coordination and driving new features test and other initiatives.
Maintain and track schedule/progress for various initiatives for mobile devices
Create/update/organize documents and decks for record keeping and sharing with other teams
Bug tracking: Open track and update issues and feature requests and internally follow up with other teams to closure
Run simple tests to validate new features flows and document them as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Solid handson experience with program management device testing
Handson experience with android devices
Familiarity with adb
Familiarity with Google GSuite apps: Sheets Docs and Forms.
Good understanding of the industry(Smartphones smart watches 3GPP technologies etc.)
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues and proficiency in multitasking
Troubleshooting device issues triage and high level log analysis would be a plus
Prior experience in working with Google would be a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail selfmotivated and proactive
