We are seeking an NPP Specialist to manage the New Product Process (NPP) across the Deal Life Cycle (DLC). In this role you will be the liaison between stakeholders ensuring that the NPP runs smoothly meeting all requirements and milestones according to the directive. You will report to the Head of Mid Office Systems & Business Analysis.
What you will do:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders involved in the Deal Life Cycle (DLC).
- Coordinate the New Product Process (NPP) ensuring compliance with milestones and directives.
- Define and report KPIs along the NPP.
- Drive process improvements within the DLC.
- Support the Middle Office in gathering business requirements.
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in Business Administration IT Finance or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of project management or coordination experience ideally in energy or commodity organizations.
- Experience in Middle Office within a commodity trader or bank is a plus.
- Strong communication skills team player and ability to manage internal client relationships.
- Business results driven with a strong sense of customer orientation
- Ability to manage and navigate multiple tasks or projects concurrently
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.

Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth processes across the Deal Life Cycle. We work closely with various stakeholders and focus on improving and coordinating the New Product Process to meet organizational goals and directives efficiently.
