Ministry:
- Staying informed of the changes to the Kuwait laws and regulations.
- Communicating with ministry liaisons to ensure approvals and qualifications are met.
- Overseeing the initial and secondary approvals for the MOPE and work permit.
- Completing paperwork for residency renewals cancelations extensions.
Recruiting:
- Preparing recruitment folders and packages on an annual basis.
- Scheduling interviews with potential hires as requested by the Human Resource Manager (HRM).
- Being in constant communication with overseas and local hires for a smooth transition:
- Receiving and processing paperwork for residency.
- Scheduling appointments for new hire residency process: medicals fingerprints translations document submissions to various Ministries.
Administrative:
- Updating employee database in relation to staff data as required.
- Maintaining staff files both physical and electronic.
- Maintaining a list of the departing staff their departure date and updating their pet status within the school housing.
- Following up on all leaves; personal sick bereavement and school business.
- Monitoring employee leaves to determine patterns and reporting. if any to the HRM.
- Generating salary and employment certificates.
