Job Description

As the Business Leader Nordics you will be responsible for the operational management of Tadanos Nordic operations overseeing key locations in Helsingborg (Sweden) Oslo (Norway) and Helsinki (Finland). Your base will be at the office in Helsingborg.

Your primary focus will be to improve customer service (Parts & Service) and develop synergies between the Nordic country based Customer Service Teams.
Additionally you will ensure open internal communication to foster better collaboration across all functional areas and locations.

In this role you will manage a team of 20 employees which will grow to 25 when all roles are filled. Youll be directly responsible for key team members such as the Customer Support Manager Sales Leader Finance Admin & HR Manager and the Location Managers for Norway and Finland. A key part of your role will be guiding the business strategy particularly in Norway while also creating a business plan for the Danish market. You will set annual goals plan how to achieve them and manage costs and resources efficiently with a focus on growing market share.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Sales Customer Service (Service & Parts) Training Finance & Administration across multiple locations.
  • Leading the strategic development of the business particularly in Norway while also preparing for expansion into Denmark.
  • Managing annual targets and budgets ensuring that all resources are used efficiently.
  • Building strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and securing new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring market changes and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain competitiveness.

Your success will be measured by several key performance indicators (KPIs) including improved sales and margins for new and used cranes growth in the service and parts business new customer acquisitions and increased market share for Tadano in the Nordics.


About You

To be successful in the role we want you to have a bachelors degree in a related field and having an MBA or similar experience is a big plus. The right candidate will have strong experience in business development especially in Sales Service and Parts within a technical equipment industry. You should be comfortable managing both highlevel strategy and handson tasks.

You need to have experience from managing multinational teams particularly in the Nordic region and possess strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer relations especially with familyowned businesses. Leadership in this role will demand excellent communication skills both internally and externally and the ability to make confident decisions.


The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Senior management experience preferably within a manufacturing engineering or quality management environment.
  • A proven track record of success in Sales including dealer development and revenue management.
  • Strong analytical structured thinking with the ability to implement necessary changes and improvements.
  • A collaborative and open approach with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving market share growth.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required while knowledge of German would be an advantage.

This position requires a willingness to travel approximately 3050% of the time and offers the opportunity to be the face of the Tadano brand across the Nordic region. Your leadership will drive market share growth brand loyalty and operational efficiency in this crucial market.
