As the Business Leader Nordics you will be responsible for the operational management of Tadanos Nordic operations overseeing key locations in Helsingborg (Sweden) Oslo (Norway) and Helsinki (Finland). Your base will be at the office in Helsingborg.
Your primary focus will be to improve customer service (Parts & Service) and develop synergies between the Nordic country based Customer Service Teams.
Additionally you will ensure open internal communication to foster better collaboration across all functional areas and locations.
In this role you will manage a team of 20 employees which will grow to 25 when all roles are filled. Youll be directly responsible for key team members such as the Customer Support Manager Sales Leader Finance Admin & HR Manager and the Location Managers for Norway and Finland. A key part of your role will be guiding the business strategy particularly in Norway while also creating a business plan for the Danish market. You will set annual goals plan how to achieve them and manage costs and resources efficiently with a focus on growing market share.
Key responsibilities include:
Your success will be measured by several key performance indicators (KPIs) including improved sales and margins for new and used cranes growth in the service and parts business new customer acquisitions and increased market share for Tadano in the Nordics.
About You
To be successful in the role we want you to have a bachelors degree in a related field and having an MBA or similar experience is a big plus. The right candidate will have strong experience in business development especially in Sales Service and Parts within a technical equipment industry. You should be comfortable managing both highlevel strategy and handson tasks.
You need to have experience from managing multinational teams particularly in the Nordic region and possess strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer relations especially with familyowned businesses. Leadership in this role will demand excellent communication skills both internally and externally and the ability to make confident decisions.
