Sofigate is a leading IT management company that helps businesses transform through technology with a special focus on delivering value through Dynatrace. We are looking to expand our team with consultants who have deep knowledge in this platform to join our Sofigate CEE team in Hungary.
We are looking for skilled and motivated consultants with expertise in Dynatrace. Sofigate has established a strategic partnership with Dynatrace during 2024 and we are now looking into strengthen our team in Hungary with Modern Observability experts. As a part of our team you will play a crucial role in implementing managing and optimizing this platform for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will help clients unlock the full potential of their IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage Dynatrace solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Dynatrace best practices configurations and integrations.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance ensuring seamless operation for clients.
- Support endusers with troubleshooting maintenance and enhancement requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Dynatrace platforms with certifications
- ServiceNow experience is nice to have but its essential for the role. Were happy to teach you.
- Strong technical background in IT service management and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fastpaced clientfocused environment.
