Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to support engineers by serving as the site liaison for all ITrelated needs. The Analyst will collaborate closely with engineering business partners as well as Client teams based in the United States and other locations. This position offers the opportunity to develop integrate and support IT infrastructure solutions that address business challenges. The Analyst will engage directly with business partners to assess hardware and software requirements build demand and support enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve technical problems directly.
  • Work independently or as part of a team on complex infrastructure technology components utilized by multiple applications or systems.
  • Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware software and network systems.
  • Execute data backups and conduct disaster recovery operations.
  • Participate in integrated testing and acceptance processes for infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and facility management to address various IT security needs.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting desktops workstations and laptops.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to install/configure applications.
  • General networking knowledge including TCP/IP settings on PCs basic understanding of VPNs and routers; capable of diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving hardware software or network issues as well as replacing defective components as needed.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management and ITILbased support processes including Incident Management Change Management and Problem Management.
  • Strong communication skills innovative thinking and excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain strong customer relationships and support.
  • Experience in helpdesk and IT site support roles.
  • ProblemSolving: Knowledge of approaches tools and techniques for identifying anticipating and resolving organizational operational or processrelated issues.
  • Requirements Analysis: Familiarity with tools methods and techniques for requirement analysis; ability to elicit analyze and document both functional and nonfunctional business requirements to ensure the success of system or software development projects.
  • System and Technology Integration: Understanding of system features and capabilities; ability to integrate and communicate across applications databases and technology platforms.

Education & Experience Required: A degree is strongly preferred along with 4 years of relevant experience.
