Job Description

Administrative / Billing / Office Manager Position
We are seeking a full time Administrative / Billing / Office Manager position.

Duties and responsibilities include assisting with office administrative duties coordinating payroll invoicing coordination with vendors and other external firms organizing and managing firms marketing materials assisting with proposals teams creating and distributing correspondence letters memos and emails. Assisting in the preparation of project reports status reports and charts reflecting the status of various project activities. Utilizing and coordinating the project eBuilder system for document storage and processing. Assisting in the development and maintenance of program documents and procedures.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelors degree from an accredited institution ten (10) years of experience including 3 years of experience in similar capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Quick Books and Deltek is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to multitask pay attention to detail and meet deadlines efficiently ability to work in a fastpaced environment the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and the ability to pass background screenings Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check and the projects drug and alcohol screening as required.

The position will require 23 days of work in the office and the rest can be remote.
