We are looking for a HR and Culture Manager (1 year parental leave cover) who is capable of handling a variety of tasks. You will develop Kickbases recruitment strategies identify top talent encourage the growth of the companys team members to utilize their skills and support a dynamic company culture that is geared towards improving and maintaining Kickbases concept of an healthy and forwardthinking worklife balance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Staffing
- Assist in the process of staff planning overseeing the staff budget and developing a recruiting strategy
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes conduct interviews and collaborate with department leads on hiring decisions
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Be in the lead of all HR administrative work
People Development
- Carry out and document quarterly and yearly feedback sessions
- Assist in developing individual career paths for employees and support them in reaching their career goals
Team Engagement and Event Coordination
- Assist in coordinating and carrying out all team events throughout the year including budgeting and postevent tasks
MUST HAVES
- 2 years of working experience in HR
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- You have profound experience with HR software
- Very good english and german communication skills (writing speaking)
