Job Description
Ubitium aims to become the ubiquitous computing element everywhere! We are developing a universal RISCV microprocessor that will replace conventional processors and will change computing as we know it. Ubitium microprocessors will run any code any algorithm and any application bringing truly ubiquitous compute and accelerated AI everywhere!

As we work on developing our new programming platform and development boards we are looking for a Linux Operating System Specialist who will work on the following:
Tasks
Bringing up Linux on a new processor architecture incl. but not limited to:
- Modify device drivers
- Modify interrupt service routine
Crossspecifying OS and processor architecture together with Processor Architects and severely modifying Linux routines incl. but not limited to:
- MMU address translation
- Task and Thread switching and handling
Requirements
- Masters degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Computer Science equivalent or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Experience with RISCV beneficial
- Deep understanding in Linux kernel internals and architecture
- Experience with bootloaders (configuration and porting)
- Experience with embedded Linux systems
- Experience creating and modifying BSPs
- Strong debugging skills (hardwaresoftware interaction)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problemsolving skills
