Job Description
Job Title: System Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and document functional specifications.
- Develop system architecture and design specifications that meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Create test plans conduct system testing and validate system functionality to ensure alignment with specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes designs and changes to support knowledge sharing.
- Work with IT teams developers and project managers to ensure successful implementation of system changes and upgrades.
- Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues providing ongoing support for system performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in system analysis and design methodologies.
- Experience in database management systems (e.g. SQL Oracle).
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java C# or Python) is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of interacting with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
