Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working with the design team on projects from concept design through GFC's
- Assist with the selection and review of materials preparation of Tender Documents
- Attend client and construction meetings / site visits
- Responsible for daily design and/or technical development of project
- Act as a project architect
- Manage files drawing sets data and documentation for the project
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently on execution drawings for architecture/urban design projects.
- Good Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD Revit Sketch up 3dMax)
- Good Knowledge of graphic presentation tools (MS Office Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop InDesign PowerPoint)
- COA/Other field related registration is desirable.
- LEED APIGBC AP/GRIHA desirable but not mandatory
