Tasks and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and adjustment of information security policies.
- Create and maintain security concepts guidelines work instructions and resource plans.
- Integrate security requirements in close collaboration with various departments.
- Support the investigation and analysis of security incidents.
- Plan implement and continuously improve measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Organize and conduct internal security audits and prepare corresponding reports.
- Advise and support departments on information security matters.
- Conduct and coordinate training and awareness programs for employees.
- Undertake general tasks related to information security according to current regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT system administration and/or IT security.
- Experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is an advantage.
- Proficient in using IT security tools and technologies with solid knowledge of current threats and attack methods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey complex issues.
- Team player with initiative a structured and analytical approach to work.
- Good command of both written and spoken German and English.
