Our innovative CLaaS delivers Competency Learning as a Service to support work integrated learning digital solutions implementation and justintime talents development.
Job Function & Skills
You are responsible for managing both employer relations and candidate management.
Industry Relations Client Acquisition and Management
Create new and manage current recruitment partners on their hiring needs. Propose digitalized recruitment solutions to improve workplace productivity by referring candidates from our upskilled local talent pool. Your day to day activities include leads generation sales engagement and account management.
Candidate Management
Team Structure
Reporting directly to the Talent Head you will be working alongside your peers in learning management & digital marketing to achieve your placement goals.
Requirements
- Preferably from recruitment agency focusing on Client Acquisition
- Business development experience to create new partnerships
- Minimum 2 years Recruitment Candidate Management or B2B experience
- Ex Singapore Recruiters now relocated back in Malaysia are welcomed to apply
- Working exposure in tech space/recruitment/solutions
- Network/familiarity within the tech industry
- Infocomm solutions sales and/or talents recruitments experience in Tech industry
