Job Description
We are currently seeking a Solar Technician who is an expert in installing Batteries.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BATTERY INSTALLATION.
You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics blueprints and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Requirements
- Knowledge of NEC code requirements
- 3 years PV Installation
- 3 years installation of Enphase systems
- Knowledge of Tesla Powerwall and Enphase Ensemble installation
- Journeyman preferred
- Customer service skills
- Drivers License Required
This position will be based in the VA MD DC areas with required travel to job sites.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
Experience:
- tesla powerwall: 1 year (Required)
- solar PV installation: 3 years (Required)
- Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Fairfax VA 22031 (Required)

Pay Range: $35.00$45.00/hr
