Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Loan Applications Preparer to assist clients in preparing and submitting loan applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the loan application process and excellent communication skills to guide clients through the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in gathering and organizing necessary documentation for loan applications.
Review completed applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide guidance to clients regarding loan products and eligibility requirements.
Collaborate with financial institutions to track the progress of loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and application statuses.
Address client inquiries and provide updates throughout the application process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Stay informed about changes in lending policies and industry trends.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in finance or a related field is an asset.
Previous experience in loan processing finance or customer service preferred.
Strong knowledge of Canadian lending practices and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
