We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kids Club Coordinator to join our team in delivering memorable experiences for children and their families. In this role, you will plan, organize, and execute a variety of age-appropriate activities and games that are both entertaining and educational. Your creativity and enthusiasm will ensure that children have a fun and enriching experience during their stay at our hotel.

As the Kids Club Coordinator, you will welcome children and their families into a warm and friendly atmosphere, making them feel comfortable and valued. Supervision of children during activities is a key responsibility, as you will ensure their safety and well-being at all times. You will maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area, ensuring it is inviting and safe for all children.

Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and themed activities, enhancing the overall guest experience. Effective communication with parents is vital; you will regularly update them about their children’s participation, addressing any specific needs or concerns they may have.

In addition to your hands-on responsibilities, you will uphold hotel policies and procedures, particularly those related to child safety and guest satisfaction. You will also play a role in promoting Kids Club activities and events to hotel guests through various channels, encouraging participation and engagement.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, you should have experience in childcare, education, or recreational activities. The ability to engage with children of various ages is crucial, as is possessing strong communication skills. Your approachable demeanor and enthusiasm for working with children will create a positive environment that enhances their experience at the hotel.
