As an Accountant you will provide exemplary service to a growing base of small to midsize mortgage bankers. Your expertise in mortgage banking and best practices will drive your success. A selfmotivated detailoriented and teamoriented approach is essential for this role.
Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)
Work setup: Temporary WFH Ortigas

- Assisting in the completion of standard journal entries and managing the closing calendar to meet reporting deadlines.
- Performing reconciliations for all monthend balance sheet accounts prioritizing specific reconciliations to complete within the monthly close timeframe.
- Conducting detailed analyses of various general ledger accounts and selected cost centers as assigned.
- Reviewing General Ledger activity for accuracy completeness and reasonableness interpreting trends or deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Uploading bank and reporting data on a weekly basis.
- Uploading Funded and Purchased Loans on a regular basis.
- Supporting various accounting and crossfunctional projects as needed.
- Preparing monthly closing reports.
Requirements
Your Foundation of Expertise: Laying the Groundwork for Global Impact
- 15 years of accounting experience.
- Multiclient experience and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with various mortgage banking software solutions including AMB Loan Vision and various LOS software along with strong Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to respond to and meet client requests promptly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to recognize and protect confidential and sensitive information exercising discretion when sharing or disseminating information.
