Job Description

Service Billing Coordinator


Role Summary


This position is responsible for the accurate and smooth running of Service team timesheets and call billing procedures whilst complying with strict deadlines.


Key Responsibilities


Processing timesheets

Processing closed service calls for invoicing to client

Processing supplier invoices for Service / Small Works calls

Managing stock cost transfer for Service / Small Works calls

Creating and issuing invoices to clients for Service and Small Works calls


Other tasks & responsibilities include:


Assisting with the overflow of the Service department

Partaking in team building exercises


The company may from time to time require you either orally or in writing to perform other duties according to operational needs providing that in changing your duties at any time the company does not act unreasonably taking into account your qualifications experience and potential.


Skills Required


Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook Word Excel)

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent numeracy skills

Minimum of one years previous experience in a similar role


Education Requirements


O Level / GCSE Maths / English required
