We are seeking a skilled Website Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company’s websites, ensuring they remain up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. This role is crucial for driving our online presence and enhancing customer engagement, particularly within the fashion and wholesale sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Website Manager, you will be responsible for managing product listings, which includes uploading new products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels. You will optimize our website for search engines (SEO) to boost online visibility and drive traffic. Regular monitoring of website performance metrics, including loading speed, responsiveness, and overall functionality, is essential. You will address any issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create and maintain engaging content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and messaging. It’s important that all visual and written content reflects the latest fashion trends and meets the expectations of our target audience. You will regularly update the website with new content, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to keep our offerings fresh and relevant.
To inform our strategies, you will track and analyze website metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales data. This analysis will help identify areas for improvement, allowing you to generate regular reports on website performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will make informed decisions regarding website updates and enhancements.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as a Website Manager, preferably within the fashion and wholesale industry. A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento, as well as content management systems (CMS), is essential. Familiarity with SEO best practices is required to maximize our online visibility.
Experience with B2B e-commerce and wholesale website management is highly preferred.
