Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall performance of the boutique shops including sales inventory and customer service
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge customer service and sales techniques
Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
Create visually appealing displays and maintain the overall presentation of the boutique
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to promote special events and promotions
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for the boutique team
Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role preferably in a luxury or boutique setting
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
