Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Zoho Developer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will develop customize and manage Zoho applications to meet our business objectives. This role requires expertise in JavaScript Node.js and API development to design tailored solutions and integrate Zoho apps seamlessly with thirdparty platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization: Customize and maintain Zoho apps including:
  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Creator
  • Zoho Books
  • Zoho Inventory
  • Zoho Projects
  • Zoho Campaigns
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement custom workflows blueprints and automation processes.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to connect Zoho apps with thirdparty platforms (payment gateways ERPs marketing tools).
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support and identify/resolve technical issues within Zoho applications.
• Reports & Dashboards: Build custom reports and dashboards to extract valuable business insights.
• User Management: Manage user roles permissions and data security in Zoho.
• Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation and train endusers on Zoho applications.
• Data Management: Assist in data migration and ensure data integrity during system updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Zoho Best Practices: Ensure optimal performance by following development best practices including clean code and efficient workflows.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Zoho platform updates and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • B.Tech Engineer with a minimum of 2 years postqualification experience.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
  • Mandatory experience in writing APIs for seamless system integration.
  • Expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting and building custom functions.
  • Ability to create custom modules layouts and fields within Zoho CRM.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs webhooks and integration methods.
  • Experience with SQL for reporting and data management.
  • Working knowledge of automation tools like Zoho Flow or Zapier is a plus.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data security and user management in Zoho apps.
