About the Role

The purpose of this role is to assist the Counterparty Management team in an admin capacity dealing with new and existing CPs.

Reporting line: Head of Counterparty Management

Location: South Africa

Worksite: remote

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the launch of our CPCRM system.
  • Manage and maintain Jira Projects.
  • Responsible for managing new and existing partners data and documents.
  • Keeping our new and existing partner documents uptodate.
  • Contribute towards the smooth running of the team.
  • Assist the Manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
  • Working closely Back Office Front Office Treasury Finance Business Development Compliance Risk teams.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of JIRA and other CRM systems.
  • IT literate and competent.
  • Someone ideally with a project management background.
  • Fluent English speaking/written essential.
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills decisionmaking influencing strong communication skills ability to work in a fastpaced environment organizing and time management skills.
  • Good client/CP/customer service skills.
  • Min 13 years of experience in similar positions or as an administrator.
