Our client a distributor and servicer of pumps and related products is seeking an Outside Sales Representative based in Seattle WA working from a home office. The position focuses on maintaining relationships with existing customers and seeking new business within the territory from Seattle to Bellingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing new systems expansions or parts/service for existing systems.
- Make field sales calls to industrial and municipal endusers plants and consulting firms.
- Provide accurate price quotes terms of sales and delivery details.
- Work with the inside sales team for parts and technical support leveraging CRM systems for tracking and planning sales activities.
- Promote sales growth and manage profits by aiding in the design and development of custom systems and ensuring the timely delivery of products and solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and develop plans to expand business opportunities.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $90K $140K (50% base 50% commission/bonus)
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Outside industrial sales preferably in fluid handling equipment.
- Education: Engineering or technical degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation communication and technical sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Territory: Candidates must reside within the defined territory from Seattle to Bellingham
