Location: Lisbon Portugal (OnSite)
Employment type: Fulltime
Language Requirements: Lithuanian C2 and English B2

Position: Trust & Safety Investigator

Description:
Join our dynamic Trust & Safety team where you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers. As a Trust & Safety Investigator you will assess potential policy violations conduct investigations and provide excellent customer service to users in escalated situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate escalated cases and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Communicate with customers via phone helpdesk and live chat.
  • Collect information and make datadriven decisions.
  • Provide proactive solutions to safety concerns.

Requirements:

  • Nativelevel Lithuanian.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience in customer service or investigation is a plus.
