Position: Trust & Safety Investigator
Description:
Join our dynamic Trust & Safety team where you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers. As a Trust & Safety Investigator you will assess potential policy violations conduct investigations and provide excellent customer service to users in escalated situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate escalated cases and ensure compliance with policies.
- Communicate with customers via phone helpdesk and live chat.
- Collect information and make datadriven decisions.
- Provide proactive solutions to safety concerns.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel Lithuanian.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in customer service or investigation is a plus.
