Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Growth Equity Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background a passion for technology and growth markets and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. This role will involve conducting thorough market research analyzing financial statements and assisting in the due diligence process for potential investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth market research to identify trends and opportunities in growth sectors.
- Analyze financial statements and business models of potential investment targets.
- Assist in the development of financial models to support investment theses.
- Participate in due diligence processes including assessing competitive landscapes and evaluating management teams.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members to generate new investment ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in investment banking private equity or growth equity.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases (e.g. Bloomberg PitchBook) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
