Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Portfolio Operations to lead and optimize our investment portfolio. This role involves strategic oversight of portfolio management operational efficiency and performance improvement across various assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in portfolio management operational strategy and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the optimization of portfolio performance.
- Oversee daytoday operations of the investment portfolio ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive operational efficiencies and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including investors partners and internal teams.
- Lead mentor and develop the Portfolio Operations team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and the board on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in portfolio management operations or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Salary Range:
- $180000 $250000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Additional performancebased bonuses and equity options may also be available.
