Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal to join our Private Equity team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing evaluating and managing investment opportunities across various sectors. You will lead due diligence processes engage with portfolio companies and contribute to the strategic direction of our investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Sourcing: Identify and develop relationships with potential investment targets through networking and market research.
- Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process working with internal and external teams to evaluate financial performance operational capabilities and market positioning.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial modeling valuation analyses and scenario planning to support investment decisions.
- Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive growth initiatives operational improvements and strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee and engage with limited partners regarding fund performance and strategy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in private equity investment banking or management consulting.
- Proven track record of successful deal sourcing and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing teams.
