Requirements
- SAP Functional expertise
- Above average SQL experience
- Understanding of data engineering concepts the data ingestion / data pipelines ETL
- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst
- BS in Computer Science Engineering or similar relevant field or technical background
- Indepth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate outstanding proficiency in documentation
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
- Prioritize needs among scope budget and timeframe
- Oversee all stages of product development including planning refinement review and sprint
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Define product vision roadmap and growth opportunities
- Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Act as primary liaison between teams and stakeholders
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyze market the users and the roadmap for the product
- Anticipate user needs
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users then translate into future iterations
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Ensure security of data with proper Agile framework
- Evaluate product progress at each iteration
- Plan/scheduletimeline for benchmarks releases and future upgrades
- Establish initiatives and align with crossfunctional goals
- Prioritize defect resolution (bugs)
